Our starters, such as the tuna tartare with jalapeño gazpacho or the sea bass tiradito, showcase fresh and exotic flavours and our mains both honour traditional recipes and embrace new flavours. Among those that stand out for both are the classic fried fish, pasta, and fideúa dishes we offer from southern Spain as well as new concepts in meat and seafood such as swordfish tacos marinated in soy and yuzu and served with seasoned tomato or our own Salduna beef burger.
